• Payment must be made using accepted methods at the time of booking. Failure to pay by the required deadline may result in cancellation.

 

3. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by airline, cruise line, hotel, tour operator, and other suppliers. Their policies will apply to your booking.

• Armstrong Travel’s service fees are non‑refundable.

• Any changes requested after booking (such as date changes, name corrections, or itinerary modifications) may incur additional supplier fees and agency service fees.

• Refunds, when permitted by suppliers, may take several weeks to process. Armstrong Travel is not responsible for supplier delays.

 

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination records, and any other required documentation.

• Armstrong Travel is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid documentation.

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events

  • Personal injury, property loss, or damages incurred during travel

• Any disputes or claims related to travel services must be directed to the appropriate supplier unless otherwise stated.
